TERMS OF SALE

Complaint deadline:
48 hours after receipt of goods for frozen products, 24 hours after receipt of fresh products.

Dispute:
Treated according to the rules of Danish law and treated in the first instance by the court in Esbjerg.

Force Majeure:
Varde Laks A / S makes reservations for Force Majeure such as labor dispute, strike, fire, war and occupation.

Durability:
Varde Laks A / S is not responsible for the shelf life, and thus the following compensation claims, if the product has not been stored documented, as stated on the label.

Payment overrun:
If the payment terms are exceeded, Varde Laks A / S has the right to calculate default interest of 1% per. commenced month after due date as well as a handling fee.
